Popur’s “200% Safe” claim is a marketing gimmick because it does not make logical sense in meaningful terms… but is the S7 safe? I have no affiliation with Popur yet after 2-3 months of usage, I believe this device is safe for my cats. It was designed and tested to ensure safety.
