Following on the from the awful news of a cat being killed by the M1 this morning and your subsequent statement I am naturally concerned about the safety of the box and my cats.
I have the latest firmware and my magnets are still in place but, as a software developer and YouTube tech review I know that software can fail so I wanted to know what your advise is to existing owners?
I’ve only had mine since July (Amazon order XXX) so wondered if there was a way for concerned customers still in warranty to return for refunds? I’d imagine there are some consumer rights under UK law I can go down if I need to but wanted to reach out first,
