That’s odd, I’ve been using the one reviewed for a year and had no issues at all. Did you get a replacement smart doorbell that’s working for you now?

Just took it back off the wall
as this is just about useless. The only thing that will work is the bell with no video or pictures that will work. Very
disappointed with it and have deleted the app now as well.
